摘  要:结合《大学英语教学指南》要求,选择相关医学文献,如医学史、医学伦理、医学文化等,开展基于医学人文的大学英语后续课程"医学文化与语言"的探讨。该课程设置旨在激励教师,开展知识拓展,加强教师职业发展,增强教学意识。高等医学教育在传授学生医学知识的同时,应着眼于学生医学人文与专业人才素养培养。发挥师范类大学的医学办校特色,拓展课程深度,在核心课程中将培养目标具体化。基于医学语言与文化的大学英语后续课程有助于培养学习者医学知识学习兴趣及专业人文素养;有助于增强和提高学生者的英语语言技能、医学文化知识及跨文化技能培养的目标。Given the requirements of the College English Teaching Guide,selected medical literatures such as medical history, medical ethics and medical culture are to be advised in the College English follow-up course of Medical Culture and Language. Such curriculum provision aims to encourage teachers to expand their knowledge, strengthen their professional development and enhance their teaching awareness. While imparting students’ medical knowledge, the primary task of medical higher education should focus on cultivation of students’ medical humanities and professional qualities. To highlight medical education features in Normal Universities in the course of developing the curriculum, cultivation objectives should be specified in the core courses. College English follow-up course based on medical humanities contributes to the cultivation of learners’ interest in medical knowledge and professional humanistic qualities, and it helps to enhance and improve students’ English language skills, medical cultural knowledge, and cross-cultural skills.
