摘　　要：目的探讨试剂两票制对医院成本管理的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月该院自体外诊断试剂数674种,作为观察组,实行试剂两票制,同时选取2015年2月—2016年2月体外诊断试剂数674种,作为对照组,未实行试剂两票制,比较两组医院药品成本、医用材料成本、人力成本、折旧成本。结果观察组药品成本、医用材料成本、人力成本、折旧成本、总成本均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院实行试剂两票制可降低医院成本费用,提高医院运行效率,值得医院推广应用。Objective To study the effect of reagent two votes system on the hospital cost management.Methods 674 kinds of autologous external diagnostic kits in our hospital were selected as the observation group from February 2017 to February 2018,using the reagent two votes system,at the same time,674 kinds of autologous external diagnostic kits in our hospital were selected as the control group February 2015 to February 2016,without reagent two votes system,and the drug cost,medical material cost,human cost and depreciation cost were compared between the two groups.Results The drug cost,medical material cost,human cost,depreciation cost and total cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of reagent two votes system in the hospital can reduce its cost,and improve the hospital operation efficacy,and it is worth promotion and application in the hospital.
