新时代下全面从严治党思考——着眼于增强党的活力和创造性

摘　　要：中国共产党要完成历史使命,不仅要保持肌体健康,还要充满活力和创造精神。全面从严治党与激发党的活力和创造性,二者看似互相矛盾,实则殊途同归,皆为党的建设的根本内容。党的活力和创造性基础在于党员,党员强则党强,党员强是党性与党员人格魅力的统一,党员的活力和创造性更依赖于其人格高尚。党员的内在素养从学理上说,包括党员的政治品格、社会品格和自然人品格,三者互为条件、互为基础、互相统一。党的全面从严治理应着眼于党的活力和创造性,党作为一个可持续进步的社会政治人格,全面从严治党,主要着眼于每个党员充满生机活力、蓬勃向上的健康人格。The Chinese Communist Party is the party in power,and in order to complete her historical mission,she should have a sound body as well as vitality and creative spirit.A full and rigorous Party self-governance and a stimulation of its vitality and creativity seemingly contradict each other but actually share the same end for both are essential to the party construction.The party's vitality and creativity are based on party members,and a strong party member combines party spirit with his personal quality.Therefore,the party’s vitality and creativity depend on the members’moral integrity.Theoretically,party members should possess political character,social character and personal character which are mutually based and mutually unified.The full and rigorous party self-governance should focus on the party’s vitality and creativity,and mainly focus on the vigorous and healthy personality of every party member.
