高温射频消融结合放化疗治疗肺部肿瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究在肺部肿瘤患者中采取高温射频消融和放化疗结合治疗的临床效果。方法该文计算中选取时间段是2017年1月—2018年1月期间,收治目标选为50例肺部肿瘤患者,分组依据选为随机数字表法,参照组开展放化疗单独治疗的25例患者,实验组开展高温射频消融和放化疗结合治疗的25例患者,研究对比两组数据差异。结果参照组肺部肿瘤患者生活质量改善率68.00%低于实验组数据(96.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.369 6,P=0.009 9<0.05),统计学数据存在检验后的计算意义。实验组肺部肿瘤患者临床治疗有效率计算值84.00%高于参照组的58.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.882 4,P=0.015 2<0.05)。参照组并发症发生率52.00%高于实验组数据(16.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.219 3,P=0.007 2<0.05)。结论将高温射频消融和放化疗结合治疗应用在肺部肿瘤患者中有利于提升患者生存质量。Objective To study the clinical effects of high temperature radiofrequency ablation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer.Methods The time period selected in this calculation was from January 2017 to January 2018.The target of treatment was selected as 50 patients with lung cancer.The group was selected as random number table method,and the reference group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone.For the patients,the experimental group underwent high-temperature radiofrequency ablation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in 25 patients,and the data were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life improvement rate of patients with lung cancer in the reference group was 68.00%lower than that of the experimental group(96.00%),the different was statistically significant(χ^2=6.369 6,P=0.009 9<0.05).In the experimental group,the effective rate of clinical treatment was 84.00%,which was higher than 58.33%of the reference group,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=5.882 4,P=0.015 2<0.05).Complication rate in the reference group was 52.00%higher than that of the experimental group(16.00%),the different was statistically significant(7.219 3,P=0.007 2<0.05).Conclusion The combination of high temperature radiofrequency ablation and chemoradiotherapy is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer.
