摘　　要：目的观察颈动脉粥样硬化(carotid arterosclerosis,CAS)患者转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGF-β1)和基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinases 9,MMP-9)、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs CRP)的相关性。方法观察对象为体检发现的CAS患者,年龄50～70岁。CAS诊断方法是应用彩色超声多普勒进行检查双侧颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)值,IMT>1. 1 mm即为CAS。用MMP-9表示斑块的稳定性。所有患者均进行高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low density lipoprotein,ox-LDL)、甘油三酯(glycerin trilaurate,TG)、MMP-9、hsCRP和TGF-β1检测。观察TGF-β1和MMP-9、hsCRP的相关性。结果 TGF-β1与MMP-9、hsCRP呈负相关。结论 TGF-β1对于CAS过程具有保护作用。Objective To observe the relationship of transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)and matrix metalloproteinases(MMP 9),hypersensitive C reactive protein in patients with carotid arterosclerosis(CAS).Methods The subjects who underwent physical examination were CAS patients aged 50 70 years.The CAS diagnostic method is to examine the intima media thickness(IMT)of bilateral carotid intima using color Doppler ultrasound.The IMT>1.1 mm is CAS.The stability of the plaque was expressed by MMP 9.All patients underwent high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),glycerin trilaurate(TG),MMP-9,hsCRP and TGF-β1 were detected.The correlation between TGFβ1 and MMP-9,hsCRP was observed.Results TGF-β1 was negatively correlated with MMP 9 and hsCRP.Conclusion TGFβ1 has a protective effect on the CAS process.
