摘 要:目的类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种系统性自身免疫性疾病,伴有关节进行性损伤。miR-155被报道参与包括RA在内多种自身免疫性疾病。文章对miR-155与类风湿关节炎相关性进行Meta分析。方法通过对Pubmed、Embase、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国知网中国期刊全文数据等相关文献进行搜索,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8个研究,共计273例RA患者和183名健康人员。通过随机效应模型进行亚组分析,结果显示外周血单核细胞中miR-155与RA风险有关[MD=1.10,95%CI(0.15,2.06)],差异有统计学意义(P=0.02),外周血白细胞[MD=0.34,95%CI(-0.65,1.34)]、血浆miR-155表达[MD=0.24,95%CI(-0.83,1.31)]与RA无相关性,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Meta分析结果提示外周血PBMC中miR-155是RA的危险因素。Objective Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a systemic,inflammatory,autoimmune disorder with progressive articular damage that may result in lifelong disability.miR-155 has been implicated in several autoimmune diseases including RA.To determine the association of miR-155 with RA,the meta-analysis method was performed by Rev.Man5.3 software.Methods Relevant literatures were retrieved from the databases of Pubmed,Embase,WANFANG,WEIPU and CNKI.Results A total of eight studies,273 RA patients and 183 health controls were included in the Metaanalysis by random effects model.The subgroup analysis shew that miR-155 of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)was associated with the risk of RA[MD=1.10,95%CI(0.15,2.06)],the difference was significant(P=0.02).Peripheral leukocytes[MD=0.34,95%CI(-0.65,1.34)],plasma microRNA-155 expression[MD=0.24,95%CI(-0.83,1.31)]were not correlated with RA,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion miR-155 in PBMC is a risk factor for RA.
