401例先天性泪囊炎患儿采用不同方案治疗的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨先天性泪囊炎治疗方案的选择,为临床治疗提供依据。方法回顾性选择2016年7月1日—2017年8月1日在厦门儿童医院眼科就诊先天性泪囊炎患儿401例(430只眼)。循序渐进给予泪囊按摩、泪道冲洗及泪道探通术,分别统计三者治疗的总治愈率,月龄分布及并发症情况。结果本研究所有患者共430眼均进行泪囊按摩治疗,总治愈率为14.42%,泪道冲洗治愈率25.82%,治愈率随患儿月龄增长逐渐降低。泪道探通治愈率为80.95%,总一次探通成功率74.66%,多次探通成功率为25.34%;并发症发生率低。结论对于先天性泪囊炎的患儿,泪道探通术在完全解除这类患儿症状的治疗中有很高的治愈率。Objective To explore the treatment options for congenital dacryocystitis,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods 401 children(430 eyes)with congenital dacryocystitis were selected retrospectively from July 1,2016 to August 1,2017 in the ophthalmology department of Xiamen Children's Hospital.Dacryocyst massage,lacrimal passage irrigation and lacrimal passage exploration were given step by step.The total cure rate,age distribution and complications of the three treatments were statistically analyzed.Results 430 eyes of all the patients were treated with dacryocyst massage.The total cure rate was 14.42%,and the cure rate of lacrimal passage irrigation was 25.82%.The cure rate gradually decreased with the age of the children.The cure rate of probing lacrimal passage was 80.95%,the success rate of one probing was 74.66%,and the success rate of multiple probing was 25.34%.The incidence of complications was low.Conclusion For children with congenital dacryocystitis,lacrimal passage probing has a high cure rate in the treatment of completely relieving the symptoms of these children.
