摘　　要：目的探讨Cronkhite Canada综合征(Cronkhite Canada syndrome,CCS)患者的临床特点、治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2010年8月至2018年5月在中国人民解放军总医院第七医学中心消化内科诊断为CCS的4例患者的病例特征。结果 CCS患者常存在典型的消化道症状(腹泻、腹痛、味觉减退等)和外胚层病变[脱发、色素沉着、指(趾)甲营养不良],易合并便潜血阳性,低蛋白、低钾、低钙血症等;消化道息肉以胃、结肠最常见,病理多表现为管状腺瘤、炎性息肉。3例患者予塞来昔布治疗有效,1例患者予糖皮质激素治疗有效。结论 CCS血清Ig G4阴性患者可考虑塞来昔布治疗,推荐剂量400 mg/d。Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatments methods of patients who were diagnosed as Cronkhite Canada syndrome(CCS).Methods The clinical characteristics of 4 patients with CCS diagnosed in the Department of Gastroenterology of the Seventh Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from Aug.2010 to May.2018 were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were typical gastrointestinal symptoms(diarrhea,abdominal pain,hypogeusia,etc.)and ectodermal lesions(lipsotrichia,pigmentation,onychodystrophy,etc.)in CCS patients,which were often associated with positive fecal occult blood,low protein,hypokalemia,hypocalcemia and so on.Gastrointestinal polyps were widely distributed in the digestive tract,the most commonly in stomach and colon,and the most common pathological types of polyps were tubular adenomas and inflammatory polyps.Celecoxib was effective in 3 patients and glucocorticoid in 1 patient.Conclusion Celecoxib can be considered to treat CCS patients with negative IgG4 serum and the recommended dose is 400 mg/day.
