摘　　要：目的分析眼表烧伤患者应用自体富血小板凝胶治疗的效果。方法从2011年1月至2017年12月收治的眼表烧伤患者中,选择39例行常规治疗的患者为对照组,40例行常规治疗+自体富血小板凝胶治疗的患者为试验组。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的角膜新生血管面积、视力水平均改善,且治疗后试验组的上述指标和SF-36评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应、并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予眼表烧伤患者自体富血小板凝胶治疗,能缩短眼表修复时间,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of autologous platelet rich gel on patients with ocular surface burn.Methods In patients with ocular surface burn from January 2011 to December 2017,39 patients who received routine treatment were selected as control group,40 patients who received routine treatment+autologous platelet rich gel were selected as experimental group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the corneal neovascularization area,visual acuity of the two groups improved,and those indexes and SF-36 scores of experimental group after treatment were better than the control group (P<0.05).The total incidences of adverse reactions and complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The autologous platelet rich gel on patients with ocular surface burn can shorten the time of ocular surface repair,with high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
