摘　　要：随着我国高等教育对人才培养目标和方式的转变,应用型人才的着重培养已取得初步成效。但高校应用型人才就业能力的提升仍存在一些问题,市场上企业招工难、大学生就业难等不匹配情况依然存在。对此,本文认为提高应用型人才的就业能力有助于破解市场供需失衡的难题,并有效提升大学生就业率。As China's higher education talent training objectives and ways of change,the focus on the cultivation of application-oriented talents has achieved initial results,but at present,there are still some problems in the improvement of the employability of application-oriented talents in colleges and universities,the market enterprise recruitment is difficult,the employment of college students is difficult to match the situation still exists.Improving the employability of application-oriented talents is conducive to solving the imbalance between supply and demand in the market and ensuring the continuity of college students'employment.
