摘 要:以114.3 m甲板货船载货区域为研究对象,利用MSC.Patran软件建立114.3 m甲板货船载货区域有限元模型,分析其结构强度、边界条件和设计载荷工况,得出该船载货区域的结构强度不满足规范,主要是由于甲板纵桁的相当应力和剪应力超出许用值。通过改变甲板纵桁、甲板板、斜撑和甲板纵骨等构件尺寸,提高该船载货区域的结构强度,得出最终的改进方案为:甲板纵桁由原来的⊥8×400/10×100变成⊥10×400/12×120;甲板纵骨由原来的⊥8×120/8×80变成⊥8×120/10×120;斜撑由原来的L100×63×8变成L125×80×10。Taking a 114.3m deck cargo stowage area on a ship as the research object, the finite element model of the 114.3m deck cargo stowage is established by MSC.Patran software, and its structural strength, boundary conditions and designed load conditions are analyzed. It is concluded that the structural strength of the area does not meet the requirement of the specifications, mainly due to the considerable stress and shear stress of deck girders exceeding the allowable value. By changing the dimensions of deck girders, deck slabs, braces and deck longitudinals, the structural strength of the area is improved. The final improvement plan is: the deck girders are changed from original ⊥8×400/10×100 to ⊥10×400/12×120. The deck longitudinals are changed from original ⊥8×120/8×80 to ⊥8×120/10×120, and the braces from original L100 × 63 × 8 to L125 × 80 × 10.
