摘 要:高职生就业需求与社会需求的匹配程度决定了高职生的就业程度,是高等职业教育就业质量评价的一个重要方面。根据就业质量评价指标,构建就业需求影响因素框架,确立就业要素指标体系并设计就业需求与社会需求匹配状况调查问卷,面向高职院校教师、高职毕业生以及用人单位进行问卷调查,利用SPSS19.0软件对调查结果进行聚类分析得知当前高职就业需求与社会需求存在一定差异。因此,高职院校需要根据社会需求调整人才培养策略。The matching level between employment and social demand for higher vocational students determines their employment level, which is an important aspect of the evaluation of employment quality for higher vocational education. According to employment quality evaluation indicators, the framework of the factors affecting employment demand is constructed, the employment factor index system is established and a questionnaire for matching between employment and social demand is designed. Questionnaire surveys among teachers, higher vocational graduates and employers in higher vocational colleges are conducted. Through cluster survey by SPSS19.0 software, the result shows that there is a certain difference between current employment and social demand. Therefore, there is a need for higher vocational colleges to adjust their talent development strategies according to social demand.
