小梁切除联合超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶状体植入术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析青光眼合并白内障采用小梁切除联合超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶状体植入术治疗的临床疗效。方法 2016年1月—2018年2月,于该院收治的青光眼合并白内障患者中方便选取41例(41只眼),随机分为两组,观察组共21例(21眼),对照组共20例(20眼),对照组患者采用小梁切除术治疗,观察组患者小梁切除联合超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶状体植入术治疗,对比两组治疗前后视力、眼压变化情况以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后3个月的视力、眼压、前房深度分别为(0.95±0.26)、(12.02±3.22)mmHg、(3.15±1.27)mm,均优于对照组的(0.61±0.12)、(14.98±2.68)mmHg、(13.75±1.62)mm,组间差异有统计学意义(t=12.875 2、14.562 8、13.528 7,P<0.05)。结论青光眼合并白内障采用小梁切除联合超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶状体植入术治疗的临床疗效显著,可推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in glaucoma with cataract.Methods From January 2016 to February 2018,41 patients (41 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract in the hospital were convenient selected divided into two groups.The observation group consisted of 21 patients (21 eyes).The control group received 20 patients (20 eyes),the control group were treated with trabeculectomy.The patients in the observation group were treated with trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure changes and complications were compared before and after treatment.Results The visual acuity,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth of the observation group were (0.95±0.26),(12.02±3.22) mmHg and (3.15±1.27)mm,respectively,which were better than the control group (0.61±0.12).(14.98±2.68)mmHg,(13.75±1.62)mm,the different was statistically significant(t=12.875 2,14.562 8,13.528 7,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in glaucoma with cataract is significant and can be promoted.
