单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的中西医结合疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年5月该院眼科96例(117眼)单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为实验组(常规西医治疗+中医辨证论治,50例59眼)和对照组(常规西医治疗,46例58眼),对比观察患者临床症状改善情况,评价两组疗效。结果经治疗,实验组临床治愈30例,显效16例,有效9例,治疗总有效率(93.22%)高于对照组(77.59%)差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.734,P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进视功能及角膜组织结构恢复,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods From January 2015 to May 2017,96 patients (117 eyes) with herpes simplex keratitis in our hospital were convenient selected and enrolled in the study group.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group (conventional western medicine treatment + TCM syndrome differentiation,50 cases of 59 eyes) and the control group (conventional Western medicine treatment,46 cases of 58 eyes),the clinical symptoms of the patients were compared and the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results After treatment,the experimental group was cured in 30 cases,markedly effective in 16 cases,and effective in 9 cases.The total effective rate of treatment (93.22%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.59%)(χ^2=5.734,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis is effective,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of visual function and corneal tissue structure.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
