正畸固定矫治器对牙龈指数和口腔卫生指数的影响观察

摘　　要：目的研究正畸治疗中出现牙龈炎的患者接受正畸固定矫治器治疗对牙龈指数和口腔卫生指数的影响。方法方便选择该院2015年1月—2017年12月中的98例接受正畸治疗的患者进行研究,其中49例患者实施正畸治疗外不接受其他治疗,视作对照组,另外49例患者在正畸治疗同时应用正畸固定矫治器,视作观察组,比较两组治疗前后的牙龈指数和口腔卫生指数。结果观察组佩戴正畸固定矫治器半年后,牙龈指数、口腔卫生指数为(2.56±0.42)分、(2.37±0.26)分,明显高于对照组治疗后牙龈指数、口腔卫生指数(1.84±0.36)分、(1.25±0.18)分(t=9.111 1、24.792 3,P=0.000 0、 0.000 0);观察组治疗后牙龈炎的发生率为48.98%,明显高于对照组牙龈炎发生率16.33%(χ2=11.878 8,P=0.000 6)。结论在正畸治疗中应用正畸固定矫治器会增加牙龈炎的发生率,且会升高患者牙龈指数和口腔卫生指数,临床应该做好佩戴正畸固定矫治器患者的口腔卫生宣教,并且正畸治疗中也应该保证操作准确,最大程度减少牙龈炎的发生,保证临床治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of orthodontic fixed appliance on the gingival index and oral health index in patients with gingivitis during orthodontic treatment.Methods Ninety-eight patients who underwent orthodontic treatment from January 2015 to December 2017 were conveniently enrolled in the study.Among them,49 patients underwent orthodontic treatment without receiving other treatments as the control group and 49 patients at the same time orthodontic treatment,orthodontic fixed appliance was used as the observation group,and the gingival index and oral health index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After six months of wearing orthodontic fixed appliance,the gingival index and oral health index were (2.56±0.42)points and (2.37±0.26) points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group after the treatment of gingival index and oral health index (1.84±0.36) points,(1.25±0.18) points (t=9.111 1,24.792 3,P=0.000 0,0.000 0); the incidence of gingivitis after treatment in the observation group was 48.98%,significantly higher than the incidence of gingivitis in the control group 16.33%(χ^2=11.878 8,P=0.000 6).Conclusion The application of orthodontic fixed appliance in orthodontic treatment will increase the incidence of gingivitis and increase the gingival index and oral health index of patients.Clinically,oral hygiene education for patients with orthodontic fixed appliances should be done well,and in orthodontic treatment,it should also ensure accurate operation,minimize the occurrence of gingivitis,and ensure the clinical treatment effect.
