自拟中药疏肝健脾养胃汤合西医常规治疗慢性胃炎临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对慢性胃炎患者采取自拟中药疏肝健脾养胃汤结合西医常规治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院在2015年1月—2018年7月期间收治的67例慢性胃炎患者,根据治疗方案不同将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组33例采取常规西医治疗,即三联疗法,治疗组34例患者采取自拟中药疏肝健脾养胃汤结合西医常规治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床有效率、症状消失时间及不良反应等情况。结果治疗组临床有效率达到97.06%与对照组78.79%比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.298,P<0.05);治疗组上腹胀消失时间(10.2±2.6)d、上腹痛消失时间(14.7±2.8)d、嗳气消失时间(11.9±2.5)d与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.388、4.984、4.017,P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率11.76%与对照组15.15%比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.757,P>0.05)。结论对慢性胃炎患者采取自拟中药疏肝健脾养胃汤结合西医常规治疗的临床效果明显,有效率高,不增加不良反应,促进患者临床症状消失,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Jianpi Yangwei Decoction combined with Western medicine for patients with chronic gastritis.Methods 67 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to July 2018 were convenient randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment options.33 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,ie triple therapy.In the treatment group,34 patients took the traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Jianpi Yangwei Decoction combined with Western medicine routine treatment,comparing the clinical effective rate,symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions after treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.06% compared with the control group of 78.79%(χ^2=4.298,P<0.05).The disappearance time of upper abdominal distension (10.2±2.6)d and the disappearance time of upper abdominal pain (14.7±2.8)d in the treatment group,the disappearance time of hernia (11.9±2.5)d was significantly different from the control group (t=5.388,4.984,4.017,P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 11.76% compared with 15.15% in the control group,(χ^2=0.757,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Jianpi Yangwei Decoction combined with western medicine on patients with chronic gastritis is obvious,high efficiency,no increase of adverse reactions,and promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
