摘 要:节能环保、绿色低碳是内河水运经济发展的总趋势,中国船级社相继出台了《内河绿色船舶规范》以及内河EEDI评估指南等一系列标准。论文介绍了最新开发的国内首艘满足内河第三阶段EEDI的绿色节能集装箱船EEDI设计计算过程,围绕降低EEDI,从总布置、规范适应性、油耗、EEDI及主尺度等各方面进行优化设计。采用CFD、有限元等手段来达到油耗最低、装载量最大。最终成功取得了我国首艘满足第三阶段EEDI指标要求的内河集装箱船的设计预验证证书和实船验证证书,实船整体指标令人满意。Energy saving,environmental protection and low carbon are general trend of developing inland waterway economy.CCS has issued a series of standards,such as Inland River Green Ship Guide and evaluation guideline of inland river's EEDI.The first domestic green container ship has been designed to meet the requirement of EEDI-III of inland river.In this paper,calculation process of EEDI is introduced,and reduction of EEDI involves various respects including general arrangement,adaptability of standard,oil consumption,main particulars,CFD and finite element method to achieve the lowest oil consumption and the maximum loading amount,and match the third stage of EEDI.The overall indexes are satisfied.
