摘　　要：甜味剂植物是指可以提取各种天然甜味剂成分的植物。非洲气候条件多样,蕴藏有多种可开发利用的甜味剂植物资源。本文主要报道神秘果和西非竹芋两种植物资源的开发利用及其在世界的传播情况。Sweetener plants are plants that can extract all kinds of natural sweeteners.Africa has a variety of climate conditions,and there are a variety of available sweetener plant resources.In this paper,we mainly reported the exploitation and utilization of Synsepalum dulcificum and Thaumatococcus daniellii,and their propagation in the world.
