金合金烤瓷髓腔固位冠修复老年患者后牙牙体缺损的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对应用金合金烤瓷髓腔固位冠修复老年患者后牙牙合龈距过低的牙体缺损病例,进行总结和分析,对其修复效果作出评价。方法:选择就诊于我科由主治以上医生完成的金合金烤瓷髓腔固位冠修复的37颗后牙牙体缺损病例,并跟踪随访两年以上,参考美国公共健康服务(USPH S)标准,对修复体边缘、完整性、折裂脱落情况、牙龈状况、基牙情况进行评估。结果:37个修复体中,2例牙龈炎症,1例修复体轻度缺损,其余未发现明显修复体及基牙牙体问题。结论:金合金烤瓷髓腔固位冠修复老年患者牙合龈距过低的后牙牙体缺损可以取得满意的效果,固位佳,安全可靠,美观实用。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Au-Pt based porcelain-fused-metal(PFM)endocrown restoring posterior teeth with lower occlusogingival distance in the elderly.Methods:30 cases were retrospective analyzed,which used Au-Pt based PFM endocrown in 37 posterior teeth with lower occlusogingival distance in the elderly.Follow up for more than two years and the restorations were evaluated according to the modified United States Public Health Service(USPHS)criteria including marginal integrity,restoration fracture or debond,gingivitis,abutment tooth situation.Results:Among the 37 prostheses,2 cases had gingival inflammation,1 case had minor defect of prosthesis,and no obvious problems of prosthesis and abutment were found in the rest.Conclusion:The restoration of the posterior teeth with lower occlusogingival distance in the elderly patients used Au-Pt based PFM endocrown could achieve satisfactory result,which can provide adequate retention,support,bracing,and esthetics.
