“君火以明相火以位”简析

摘　　要："君火相火"理论是中医学研究的重要内容,其主要生理功能可概括为"君火以明,相火以位",临床上许多疾病的发生,均与此功能失调有关。君火居上,统帅各脏腑;相火居下,为源泉之温,君相互用,各安其位,则五脏六腑等形体官窍各司其职,人体阴平阳秘。若君相失位,如君火过亢,燔灼于上;君火虚衰,水凌心肺;相火过亢,扰动心神;相火虚衰,累及君火等均会引起一系列病变,造成脏腑功能失常、阴阳平衡的失调,因此,探究"君火以明相火以位"对于其理论的完善和丰富以及临床上疾病的发生发展和治疗均具有重要的价值。The theory of“sovereign fire and ministerial fire”is a key content of traditional Chinese medicine.Its main physiological function can be summed up as“sovereign fire for burning and ministerial fire for well-behaved”.And many clinical diseases are related to the dysfunction of them.Sovereign fire is on the upper,which controls all the zang-fu organs;and ministerial fire is at the beneath,just like the hot spring.Only sovereign fire and ministerial fire interdepend on each other and lie in a reasonable position,can the five viscera and six bowels and other orifices can perform its own function,and can the human body be relative equilibrium of yin and yang.There could be a situation that sovereign fire and ministerial fire are out of position.For example,if sovereign fire is excessive and burnt out;there would be sovereign fire deficiency and water would attack the heart and lung;if ministerial fire burn out and disturb our mind,there would be ministerial fire deficiency and sovereign fire would be implicated.and all of these would in turn cause a series of pathological changes and result in the maladjustment of zang-fu organs and yin-yang.Therefore,exploring the functions of“sovereign fire for burning and ministerial fire for well-behaved”will have an important value for enriching the theory of itself and the study of disease development and treatment at the clinic.
