摘 要:为抑制双移30°六相电机的谐波电压,减小电机系统的谐波损耗和运行噪声,提出一种基于加权路径内点法的SVPWM四矢量调制方法。当调制度处于0.577~0.622时,该方法在基波平面的每个扇区选择四个相邻的最大电压矢量,以四个矢量的作用时间为优化量,四个矢量在谐波平面上合成的电压矢量最小为目标函数,四个矢量在基波平面上跟踪期望电压矢量为约束条件,采用加权路径内点法得到最优解。在调制度为0.6时,仿真结果表明,与现有方法相比,所提方法使相电压的THD由5%降低到3.36%。实验结果表明,本文方法使相电压的THD由21.53%降低到14.14%。内点法有效地抑制了逆变器的谐波电压,并减小电机的谐波电流,降低系统的运行噪声。该方法可扩展至多相电机系统,用于抑制谐波电压,提高系统运行性能。In this paper,a four-vector modulation method based on Interior Point algorithm of weighted path is proposed for six-phase motor SVPWM,which can suppress the harmonic voltage of the dual shift 30°6-phase motor and reduce the harmonic loss and operating noise.When the modulation degree is between 0.577 and 0.622,four adjacent maximum voltage vectors are selected for each sector of the fundamental plane.The turn-on time of the four vectors is taken as the optimal amount,the four vectors tracking the expected voltage vector in the fundamental plane is taken as a constraint,and the minimum voltage vector synthesized by the four vectors on the harmonic plane is the objective function.The optimal solution of the four adjacent vectors’turn-on time is obtained by using the Interior Point algorithm of weighted path.The simulation results show that compared with the existing methods,the proposed method reduces the THD of phase voltage from 5%to 3.36%at the modulation of 0.6.The experimental results show that the THD of phase voltage decreases from 21.53%to 14.14%.The proposed method can effectively suppress the harmonic voltage of the inverter,and reduce the harmonic current and operating noise.Moreover,this method can extend to the multi-phase motor system to suppress the harmonic voltage and improve system performance.
