摘 要:通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取槐米中挥发油成分。利用GC-MS对其分离检测,结合化学计量学解析法(CRM)分辨重叠色谱峰。共分辨出46个色谱峰,鉴定了其中32个组分,占槐米挥发油总量的96. 35%。其中主要化学成分为8-十七碳烯(16. 30%)、雪松烯(12. 65%)、石竹烯(7. 95%)、醋酸百里酚酯(7. 63%)、棕榈酸(6. 79%)和优香芹酮(6. 68%)等成分。而其它26个组分只占38. 35%。因此,结合化学计量学解析法分析槐米挥发油化学成分,比单独使用GC-MS其结果更加准确、可靠。The essential oil components in Flos Sophorae were extracted by steam distillation.gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with chemometric resolution method(CRM),which was a useful chemometric resolution method to resolve overlapping peaks in chromatogram,was employed to identify and comparatively analyze the volatile constituents.A total of 46 chromatographic peaks were resolved,and 32 components in the essential oils of Flos Sophorae were identified,which accounted for 96.35% of the total relative contents.The main chemical compositions in the studied sample were 8-heptadecene(16.30%),cedrene(12.65%),caryophyllene(7.95%),thyme acetate(7.63%),hexadecanoic acid(6.79%)and eucarvone(6.68%),etc.And the other 26 constituents accounted for about 38.35% of the total contents.It was demonstrated that CRM could provide a complementary and convenient method for accurate analysis of Flos Sophorae essential oils.
