摘　　要：随着国家经济的飞速发展,社会经济结构转型,人才竞争日益激烈,大学生就业空前严峻,已成为全社会关注的热点问题。外语专业毕业生就业形势十分严峻,在互联网迅速发展的背景下,以跨境电商为突破口。介绍了跨境电商的发展现状,以及当前跨境电商的人才需求和培养现状,基于上述分析,推理出院校培养跨境电商人才的重要性和紧迫性,结合本学院成立的跨境电商网络运营项目,详细阐述了跨境电商人才培养的内容和成果,创新院校教学模式,为跨境电商人才培养提供新思路。With the rapid development of national economy and the transformation of social and economic structure,the competition of talents has become increasingly fierce and the employment of college students has become more and more serious, which has become a hot issue of the whole society. The employment situation of foreign language graduates is very serious. In the context of the rapid development of Internet, it is the breakthrough point for cross-border e-commerce. This article first introduces the development status quo of cross-border electricity, as well as the current cross-border electricity demand and cultivate the status quo,based on the above analysis, reasoning out the training of cross-border electricity only the importance and urgency of businessmen, combined with the college set up cross-border electricity network operators network operation project, in detail elaborated the cross-border electricity businessmen to develop content and achievements of colleges and universities teaching mode innovation, to develop cross-border electricity traders not only provide a new way of thinking.
