摘　　要：家谱,是一个与当代社会渐行渐远的名词。但在浙江温州瑞安,平阳坑镇东源村王氏家族第23代木活字印刷传人王超辉,仍然在坚守着谱师制作家谱的工作。在铅字印刷和电子排版的时代,王超辉和他的传人,用时间打磨手艺,亲手在书页中留下墨香。寻找谱师从杭州坐3个半小时动车到瑞安,沿着322国道公交车走了29个站头到平阳坑,下车继续往大山里步行两公里,我来到距离杭州大约300公里的东源村。谱师王超辉在村口等着我们。东源村7000多人口,谱师是独有的职业。而用木活字印刷的家谱,字形隽永,墨迹清晰,保存时间可以达到一千年。While China emphasizes innovation for future growth,64-year-old Wang Chaohui in Dongyuan Village in Rui’an in southeastern Zhejiang counts upon a traditional printing technique for future.Wang is a printer of genealogies,or family histories and ancestral lineages and history,in Dongyuan.Wang uses wooden movable-type printing technology,which was first invented in China in the Song Dynasty(960-1279).His family has been in this business for about 800 years.The first ancestor who engaged in this printing business lived probably in the last years of the Song Dynasty or the beginning years of the Yuan Dynasty(1279-1368),that is,the last decades of the 13th century.
