摘　　要：微创新作为互联网环境下涌现出的一种新创新型实践模式,越来越受到研究者的重视与关注。微创新是大中型企业保持自身创新灵活性的一种有效方式,更是小微企业追赶市场领先者、寻求成长和发展的重要策略。通过系统梳理与归纳微创新概念、特征、类型、动力机制、运行模式及其对创新绩效的影响,勾勒出企业微创新理论演化脉络,最后提出"互联网+"、大数据驱动、创新系统生态化背景下企业微创新研究趋势。Micro-innovation,as an innovation model emerging in the Internet environment,has been attracted more and more attention from researchers.Micro-innovation is not only an effective and feasible way of innovation for large and medium-sized companies to maintain innovative flexibility,but also an important strategy for small and micro-companies to catch up with the market leaders and seek for growth and development.This paper carries on simple combing on the concepts,characteristics,types,dynamic mechanism,operation mode and its impacts on innovation performance of micro-innovation,and have sketched it's rough outline.Then briefly discusses the development trend and prospect of micro-innovation under the background of"Internet plus",big data driven and systematic and ecological environment of innovation.
