Cullin7蛋白在原发性肝癌癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨Cullin7蛋白在原发性肝癌癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法海口市人民医院原发性肝癌患者130例,采用酶联免疫吸附法及免疫组化法测定原发性肝癌癌组织(原发性肝癌组)及正常肝脏组织(癌旁组)中Cullin7蛋白的表达水平,分析其与临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果原发性肝癌组Cullin7蛋白表达水平高于癌旁组(t=170.644,P <0.05);原发性肝癌组Cullin7阳性率高于癌旁组(χ~2=115.535,P <0.01);Cullin7蛋白表达与年龄不相关(χ~2=3.211,P>0.05);与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TMN分期、复发、淋巴血管间隙浸润、病理学分级、肿瘤最大径相关性明显,且浸润深度越深、有淋巴结转移、TMN分期越高、有复发、有淋巴血管间隙浸润、病理学分期越高、肿瘤最大径≥5cm,Cullin7蛋白阳性表达率越高(χ~2=19.238、37.717、20.512、23.662、15.331、20.910、15.455,P <0.01);Cullin7阴性组3年生存率及生存期均明显高于Cullin7阳性组(χ~2=34.592,Z=19.764,P <0.01)。结论 Cullin7在原发性肝癌的发生发展过程中起促进作用;Cullin7蛋白在原发性肝癌癌组织中表达量增加,Cullin7蛋白低表达的原发性肝癌患者能获得较好的预后。Objective To investigate the expression of Cullin7 protein in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The expression of Cullin7 protein in primary liver cancer tissues and normal liver tissues among 130 patients with primary liver cancer in our hospital was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemistry.And the relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis was analyzed.Results The expression of Cullin7 protein in the primary liver cancer group was higher than that in the paracancer group(t170.644,P<0.05);the positive rate of Cullin7 in the primary liver cancer group was higher than that in the paracancer group(χ2115.535,P<0.01);Cullin7 protein expression was not significantly correlated with age(χ23.211,P>0.05),but was positively correlated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,TMN stage,recurrence,interstitial infiltrate of lymphatic vessels,pathological grade and maximum diameter of tumor(≥5 cm),with statistic difference(χ219.238,37.717,20.512,23.662,15.331,20.910,15.455,P<0.01).The 3-year survival rate and survival time of Cullin7-negative group were significantly higher than those of Cullin7-positive group(χ234.592,Z19.764,P<0.01).Conclusion As a promoting role in the development of primary liver cancer,Cullin7 protein is highly expressed in the primary liver cancer tissue,so its low expression can obtain better prognosis.
