道县林地开垦的问题与对策

摘　　要：近年来随着中国经济的不断发展,社会不断进步以及城镇化进程的加快,人们对资源的需要量也日益增大,为满足建设和生存的需要,人们不断加强对林地的开垦力度,频繁的开垦也带了林地逆向演化,如水土流失、固碳能力降低、林地利用率低下等问题。该文以道县的四种林地类型为主要研究对象,总结了道县林地开垦带来的问题,提出了道县林地开垦问题的应对策略,希望为道县的林业规划和土地利用,提供科学依据和建议。In the recent years,with development,of the economic and society,the rapid development of rural areas’urbanization,the people’s demanding of resource is increasing day by day.To meet the demand of construction and existence,the reclamation of forest land was constantly strengthened.Frequently reclaimed makes some problem such as the regressive succession of forest land,soil and water loss,the decrease ability of storage carbon,low utilization of forest land.Four kinds of forest land in DaoXian County were studied,the problems of clesring were summarized,and the countermeasures were put forward.All these measures.It hopes to provide some suggestions and scientific basis for forestry planning and land use of DaoXian County.
