摘　　要：分子生物学实验在生物工程专业培养目标中定位于必修课,也是专业核心课程。该课程与生物学及生命科学密切相关,前后与其他学科的普通生物学、生物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学等课程有密切联系。分子生物学实验课是一门承上启下的课程,是连接研究生与本科生之间的纽带。为满足现代生物工程专业培养创新型人才的需要,分子生物学实验课程的改革创新是势在必行的,能够为生物工程专业创新创业人才的培养奠定基础。Molecular Biology Experiment course in biotechnology professional training objectives is professional course.The curriculum is closely related with biology and life science,and other disciplines and general biology, biochemistry,molecular biology,cell biology courses are closely linked.Molecular biology experiment course is a very high-end course,is connected between the undergraduate and graduate courses.Link to meet the needs of cultivating innovative talents in modern biotechnology,a series of reform and innovation in molecular biology experiment teaching must be enforced,and may lay a good foundation for the cultivation of biotechnology innovation talents.
