摘　　要：文章运用CFD软件对中冷器的内阻进行了分析优化,降低内阻,以达到目标值,来满足客户需求,完成设计方案。文章通过分析管口直径和气室形状对内阻的影响,总结出内径越大,内阻越小,内部流速越均匀,内阻越小。In this thesis,analyze and optimize charge air cooler internal pressure drop by CFD,reduce internal pressure drop,achieve target value,meet customer requirement,finish design proposal.analyze pipe diameter and tank shape affect charge air cooler internal pressure drop,in the summary,the more big pipe,the smaller internal pressure drop,the velocity of flow is more uniform,the smaller internal pressure drop.
