丹参注射液联合美常安对急性重症胰腺炎模型大鼠血清炎性因子及胰腺组织病理的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参注射液联合美常安治疗急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠的实验效果。方法选取成年SPF级雄性SD大鼠90只,采用随机数字表法分为空白对照组、实验对照组、SAP模型组、丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组和联合治疗组六组,各15只大鼠,比较各组给药后72h血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和血清内毒素(LPS)水平。结果丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组及联合治疗组IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6及病理学评分均低于SAP模型组[IL-10:(114.34±23.71)pg/mL、(105.21±27.53)pg/mL、(68.45±14.78)pg/mL比(189.21±37.40)pg/mL;IL-1β:(41.40±4.93)pg/mL、(39.51±3.76)pg/mL、(31.40±3.56)pg/mL比(56.65±8.37)pg/mL;TNF-α:(2.45±0.28)pg/mL、(2.21±0.32)pg/mL、(1.74±0.29)pg/mL比(3.21±0.54)pg/mL;IL-6:(1087.23±184.50)pg/mL、(967.39±202.41)pg/mL、(753.61±114.88)pg/mL比(1383.47±284.57)pg/mL;病理学评分:(10.96±1.80)分、(10.27±1.44)分、(7.36±1.20)分比(14.15±1.60)分,P均<0.05]。同时联合治疗组IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平及病理学评分均低于丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组[IL-10:(114.34±23.71)pg/mL、(105.21±27.53)pg/mL比(68.45±14.78)pg/mL;IL-1β:(41.40±4.93)pg/mL、(39.51±3.76)pg/mL比(31.40±3.56)pg/mL;TNF-α:(2.45±0.28)pg/mL、(2.21±0.32)pg/mL比(1.74±0.29)pg/mL;IL-6:(1087.23±184.50)pg/mL、(967.39±202.41)pg/mL比(753.61±114.88)pg/mL;病理学评分:(10.96±1.80)分、(10.27±1.44)分比(7.36±1.20)分,P均<0.05]。丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组及联合治疗组MDA、LPS均低于SAP模型组[MDA:(7.30±1.08)pg/mL、(7.11±0.95)pg/mL、(5.94±0.89)pg/mL比(8.98±1.26)pg/mL;LPS:(0.42±0.09)pg/mL、(0.38±0.10)pg/mL、(0.31±0.07)pg/mL比(0.51±0.13)pg/mL,P均<0.05]。而丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组及联合治疗组SOD高于SAP模型组[(267.81±10.75)pg/mL、(278.00±14.41)pg/mL、(310.47±16.90)pg/mL比(222.50±12.89)pg/mL,P<0.05]。Objective To observe the effect of Danshen injections combined with Meichangan on severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) rats. Methods Ninety adult SPF male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups by random number table method: the blank control group, experimental control group, SAP model group, Danshen injections group, Meichangan group and combination(Danshen injections+Meichangan) group, each had 15 individuals. The serum levels of interleukin-10(IL-10), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and endotoxin(LPS) were analyzed after 72 hours drug administration. Results Compare to the SAP model group, IL-10, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 and pathological scores in Danshen injections group, Meichangan group and combination group were lower, i.e., IL-10:[(114.34±23.71),(105.21±27.53) and (68.45±14.78) vs (189.21±37.40)pg/mL];IL-1β:[(41.40±4.93),(39.51±3.76) and (31.40±3.56) vs (56.65±8.37)pg/mL];TNF-α:[(2.45±0.28),(2.21±0.32) and (1.74±0.29) vs (3.21±0.54)pg/mL];IL-6:[(1087.23±184.50),(967.39±202.41) and (753.61±114.88) vs (1383.47±284.57)pg/mL];pathological scores:[(10.96±1.80),(10.27±1.44) and (7.36±1.20) vs (14.15±1.60)], P<0.05, respectively. Compare to the Danshen injections group and Meichangan group, the levels of these markers in the combination group were lower, i.e., IL-10:[(114.34±23.71) and (105.21±27.53) vs (68.45±14.78)pg/mL];IL-1β:[(41.40±4.93) and (39.51±3.76) vs (31.40±3.56)pg/mL];TNF-α:[(2.45±0.28) and (2.21±0.32) vs (1.74±0.29)pg/mL];IL-6:[(1087.23±184.50) and (967.39±202.41) vs (753.61±114.88)pg/mL];pathological scores:[(10.96±1.80) and (10.27±1.44) vs (7.36±1.20)], P<0.05, respectively. MDA and LPS of the Danshen injections group, Meichangan group and combined group were lower than those of SAP model group, i.e., MDA:[(7.30±1.08),(7.11±0.95) and (5.94±0.89) vs (8.98±1.26)pg/mL];LPS:[(0.42±0.09),(0.38±0.10) and (0.31±0.07) vs (0.51±0.13)pg/mL], P<0.05, respecti
