摘 要:目的:了解实施家庭医生签约服务背景下,长春市社区医务人员的工作满意度情况,为进一步提高家庭医生工作积极性,完善家庭医生签约服务提出政策支持。方法:对长春市某城区9个社区卫生服务中心的医务人员进行工作满意度调查,分析影响工作满意度的因素。结果:社区医务人员总体工作满意度得分均值为(3.43±0.95)分,属于一般满意。影响社区医务人员总体满意度的因素为福利薪酬、责任感与成就感、组织管理。结论:社区医务人员总体工作满意度一般,福利薪酬满意度最低且对总体工作满意度影响显著;社区医疗卫生人力资源结构有待改进。建议以人为本,加强人力资源管理;不断完善绩效考核评价体系;薪酬分配基础上建立激励补偿。Objective:To understand the job satisfaction of the medical staff in a community in Changchun City under the background of the implementation of the family doctor signing service,and the policy support for further improvement of the enthusiasm of the family doctors and the improvement of the family doctor contract service are put forward.Methods:The medical staff of 9 community health service centers in Changchun were selected to investigate their job satisfaction,and analyze the factors that affect the total job satisfaction.Results:The mean score of total job satisfaction of community medical staff was(3.43±0.95).The factors influencing the total job satisfaction of community medical staff are welfare salary,sense of responsibility and achievement,organization and management.Conclusion:The overall job satisfaction is general,the satisfaction of welfare salary is the lowest and has a significant impact on the overall job satisfaction.It is suggested that human resource management should be strengthened based on people-orientation,performance appraisal system should be constantly improved,and incentive compensation should be established on the basis of salary distribution.
