杭州市医务人员病人安全文化认知水平及对不良事件报告频率的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解杭州市医务人员对病人安全文化的认知状况,分析其对不良事件报告频率的影响。方法:采用医院病人安全文化调查量表进行调查;用t检验和方差分析对不同特征的医务人员在病人安全理解及不良事件报告频率得分上的差异进行比较,并采用多重线性回归分析影响因素。结果:杭州市医务人员对病人安全文化认知总体积极反应率为52.9%;影响医务人员对病人安全理解的前三位因素有医院管理支持、人员配置、管理者在促进患者安全方面的意愿和行动;影响不良事件报告频率的前三位因素有对于错误的反馈和交流、医院管理支持、交接班和转科程序。结论:杭州市医务人员在沟通开放程度、不良事件报告频率、对错误的非惩罚性反应和人员配置方面认知水平较低。Objective:To understand the medical staffs’cognition status of patient safety culture in Hangzhou,and to analyze its influence on frequency of adverse events reported.Methods:Hospital Survey of Patient Safety Culture(HSOPSC)was used to conduct this survey,the different scores on Overall perception of patient safety and Frequency of adverse events reported between the different characteristics of medical staffs were analyzed by t-test and variance analysis,the influential factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results:The medical staffs’overall positive response rate of patient safety culture in Hangzhou was 52.9%.The top three influential factors of the Overall perception of patient safety are Hospital management support,staffing,supervisor/manager expectations and promoting patient safety.The top three influential factors of Frequency of adverse events reported are Feedback and communications about error,Hospital management support,handoffs and transitions.Conclusion:The level of medical staffs in Hangzhou is relatively low mainly in the following aspects:communication openness,frequency of adverse event reported,non-punitive response to error and Staffing.
