摘　　要：针对目前存在的对专业导论类课程重视程度不够,对人才培养目标的实现贡献度分析不到位,教学效果不理想等问题,提出结合人才培养目标,多方联动对该类课程进行改革的措施,并结合实际人才培养过程进行了实践,效果较好。At present,it is not enough to pay attention to the course of professional introduction. The correspondence between introductory courses and personnel training objectives is not in place. The effect of teaching is not ideal. In order to solve these problems,this paper gives a new reform measure. This method can combine personnel training objectives and adopt various strategies. Through the actual execution effect of this method,we can see that the reform effect is better.
