摘 要:能力评估档案是美国近百所顶尖私立高中联盟联合开发、研制并于2017年正式实施的全新高中学生评价体系。该体系通过动态的、持续追踪的电子档案的形式全面评估学生8个层面的能力,从而为全面了解学生高中阶段能力的学习、发展以及大学入学提供证据。能力评估档案评价方式的诞生被认为是美国教育界"反高考"的尝试,其以没有分数和等级评价为重要特征,标志着以标准化考试评价人才教育模式的终结,以能力评估、录取人才时代的开启。研究最新的评估体系可以为我国高中学生评价体系改革提供有益的借鉴。Mastery Based Assessment(MBA)is a new assessment system introduced and implemented in the United States of America by mastery transcript consortium,which is a union of near 100 top private high schools,in 2017.MBA measures student’s ability from 8 different aspects through daily updated feedback from teachers to generate an electronic file,which may help to understand comprehensively the learning and development of high school students,and also may provide evidence for college enrollment.MBA is considered as an attempt to be against entrance exams to colleges,because it has no test scores and grades,which means the end of assessing students with standardized tests,and the beginning of assessing and enrolling students with their ability.An analysis on MBA can help current high school assessment reform in China.
