摘　　要：在国家实施"精准扶贫"方略的大背景下,高校贫困生资助工作受到广泛关注。本文以苏北高校贫困大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查与个别访谈相结合的方法探索苏北高校贫困生的资助现状,分析苏北高校贫困生在资助工作中出现的问题,提出具有可行性和操作性的对策,以实现苏北高校贫困生资助工作的公正与高效。Under the background of the implementation of the strategy of"accurate poverty alleviation"in our country,the financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities has received extensive attention.Taking the poor college students in northern Jiangsu as the research object,this paper uses the combination of questionnaires and individual interviews to explore the status quo of the poor students in northern Jiangsu,analyzes the problems that the poor students in northern Jiangsu have in the financial aid work,and then puts forward feasible countermeasures,in order to achieve fairness and efficiency in the financial aid of poor students in northern Jiangsu.
