摘 要:目的:探讨体验式教学与讲授式教学在大学生心理健康教育课程中的应用效果;方法:采用《SCL-90症状自评量表》,选择两个班学生(实验组78人、对照组81人)进行测评比较,实验组接受体验式教学,对照组接受传统讲授式教学。结果:实验前,实验组在SCL-90中的得分为121. 84±7. 23,对照组的得分为122. 13±6. 71,二者之间的差异无统计学意义(t=-1. 46, p <0. 01);实验后,实验组在SCL-90中的得分为91. 87±8. 56,对照组的得分为121. 25±9. 32,二者之间的差异非常显著(t=-8. 31, p <0. 01);实验组学生对体验式教学的满意度高达95. 9%,而对照组学生对传统教学方式的满意度只有42. 9%,差距非常大。结论:在大学生心理健康教育课程中,体验式教学比讲授式教学更有显著效果。Objective Explore the effect of experiential teaching and lecturing teaching in the mental health education curriculum of college students.Methods“SCL-90 Symptom Checklist”and the self-compiled“questionnaire on the satisfaction of teaching effect“were chosen.Two classes of students(78 in the experimental group and 81 in the control group)are selected.The experimental group received experiential teaching and the control group received traditional teaching.Results In pretest,the experimental group scored 121.84±7.23 in SCL-90,and the control group scored 122.13±6.71.There was no significant difference between the two groups(t=-1.46,p<0.01);In post test,the score of experimental group in SCL-90 was 91.87±8.56,and that of control group was 121.25±9.32.The difference between the two groups was very significant(t=-8.31,p<0.01);the students in the experimental group were satisfied with the experiential teaching as high as 95.9%,while the students in the control group were satisfied with the traditional teaching by only 42.9%.The gap was very large.Conclusion In the mental health education curriculum of college students,the experiential teaching is more effective than lecturing teaching.
