摘 要:快速变化的全球工作环境对工程师在解决复杂工程问题能力、多学科整合与创新能力以及合作与多元文化交流能力等方面提出了需求。能力建设为继续工程教育人才培养提供了新思路,即以学习者为中心,注重能力建设,从宏观政策支持、职业生涯规划、学习成果认定、执业资格培训、专业能力提升以及融合实践学习等六个方面全方位构建继续工程教育人才培养框架,并从政府、行业、企业、学校、个人等不同利益相关者的角度科学合理地设计其实现路径,以满足社会经济发展对工程师知识更新和能力提升的需要。In order to adapt to the rapidly changing global working environment, the engineers’ competence should be improved, such as capabilities of solving complex engineering problems, multidisciplinary integration and innovation, and cooperation and multicultural communication. Capacity building provides a new thought for personnel training in continuing engineering education. Taking the learner as the center and by capacity building, the personnel training framework of continuing engineering education is built from the six dimensions of macro policy support, career planning, learning achievement identification, practice qualification training, professional ability promotion and integration practice learning. And its implementation path is designed from the government, industry, enterprise, school, individual and other stakeholders scientifically and rationally.
