摘　　要：目的:探讨广东省汉族人ABO血型与卵巢癌的相关性。方法:回顾分析2010年1月至2018年8月于广东省第二人民医院行手术治疗的广东籍汉族卵巢癌患者的ABO血型及手术病理资料,探讨ABO血型与卵巢癌发生的关系。结果:不同血型患者的年龄、病理分型及手术病理分期等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);卵巢癌患者的ABO血型表型构成比的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),广东汉族人群中B型血者为卵巢癌的低风险人群,非B型血可能增加罹患卵巢癌的风险(OR=0.56,95%CI=0.37～0.84,P=0.005)。结论:卵巢癌的发生与ABO血型存在一定的关系,非B型血者较B型血者罹患卵巢癌的风险更高。Objective: To explore the relationship between ABO blood groups and ovarian cancer in Hans of Guangdong Province. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the ABO blood groups and surgical pathology data of patients with ovarian cancer who underwent surgery in the Guangdong Sencond Provincial General Hospital from Jan.2010 to Aug.2018.To explore the relationship between ABO blood type and ovarian cancer. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in age,pathological type and surgical pathological stage between the different blood type patients ( P >0.05).There was a significant difference in the constituent ratio of ABO blood group between ovarian cancer patients( P <0.05).The patients with B blood group had a low risk of ovarian cancer,non-B blood groups might increase the risk of ovarian cancer( OR =0.56, 95%CI =0.37~0.84, P =0.005). Conclusion: The occurrence of ovarian cancer may have a certain relationship with the ABO blood type.Those with non-B blood type have a higher risk of developing ovarian cancer than those with B blood type.
