摘　　要：【目的】利用生物信息学分析方法推导CsbHLH62基因及其编码产物的理化性质、结构和功能以及同源性等。【方法】通过相关软件及网站分析CsbHLH62基因及其编码蛋白的相关信息。【结果】CsbHLH62基因编码蛋白含有277个氨基酸,是一种可溶性蛋白,定位于细胞核,该蛋白不存在信号肽,无跨膜结构,有35个潜在的磷酸化位点,是一种非分泌蛋白;功能结构分析表明131～181位氨基酸之间有一个典型的MYC的bHLH结构域,系统进化分析表明其编码的氨基酸序列与欧洲越橘亲缘关系较近,二级结构以无规则卷曲和α-螺旋为主,三维结构构建成功。【结论】为研究CsbHLH62基因在茶树硒富集过程中的生物学功能奠定了基础。【Objective】CsbHLH62 was analyzed by boinformatics,including physical-chemical properties,structure-function and homolohy relationship.【Method】The gene was predicted and analyzed by the method of related softwares and websites.【Result】CsbHLH62 gene encoded a protein with 277 amino acids,which was a soluble protein,and located in cell nucleus.It was non-secreted protein and had 35 potential phosphorylation sites,but had no signal peptide and transmembrane domain.Structure-function analysis implied that 131-181 amino acids contained a MYC-type helix-loop-helix domain.Besides,phylogenetic analysis showed that the amino acid of CsbHLH62 was close to Vaccinium corymbosum.The secondary structure is mainly composed of random coil and alpha helia,and the 3D structural model was constructed.【Conclusion】This study laid the foundation for the further study of the biological function of CsbHLH62 in the process of absorption and accumulation of selenium in tea plants.
