扶正固本汤联合FOLFOX化疗对大肠癌患者术后外周血CD4^+ CD45RA^+ T水平的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正固本汤联合FOLFOX化疗对大肠癌患者术后外周血CD4+CD45RA+T水平的影响及疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2016年11月进行手术治疗的大肠癌患者127例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(63例)与治疗组(64例)。对照组采用FOLFOX化疗方案治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用扶正固本汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后外周血CD4+CD45RA+T水平变化、临床疗效、中医证候积分情况,并对两组治疗后生活质量及不良反应进行评价。结果两组患者治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95. 31%,明显高于对照组的77. 78%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗组治疗后外周血CD4+CD45RA+T水平、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05),中医证候积分和不良反应率均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论扶正固本汤联合FOLFOX化疗方案应用于大肠癌术后治疗,可使患者机体免疫功能得到明显改善,临床疗效及生活质量显著提高,不良反应明显减少,可为患者提供更佳选择。Objective To explore the impacts of fuzheng guben decoction combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy on peripheral blood CD4^+ CD45RA^+ T and the therapeutic effects in the patients with colorectal cancer after operation.Methods From October 2015 to November 2016,127 patients with colorectal cancer after operation were collected as the subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group(63 cases)and an treatment group(64 cases).In the control group,FOLFOX chemotherapy was provided.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,fuzheng guben decoction was added.The changes in the peripheral blood CD4^+ CD45RA^+ T,the therapeutic effects and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.The quality of life and adverse reactions were evaluated after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.31% in the treatment group,higher obviously than 77.78% in the control group,indicating the significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).The level of the peripheral blood CD4^+ CD45RA^+ T and the score of quality of life after treatment in the treatment group were higher than the results in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score and adverse reaction rate in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with fuzheng guben decoction combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy obviously improves the body immune function,the clinical effects and the quality of life as well as reduces the adverse reactions in the patients with colorectal cancer after operation.This therapy provides the optimal choice for the patients.
