生脉注射液在胃癌根治术患者术后机体状态改善中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的观察生脉注射液在胃癌根治术患者术后机体状态改善中的应用价值,以为胃癌根治术患者术后机体的恢复提供参考依据。方法选取2015年2月至2016年11月期间进行胃癌根治术治疗的64例患者为研究对象,将64例患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组32例和治疗组32例,对照组进行常规围手术期治疗,治疗组则在对照组的基础上加用生脉注射液进行治疗。然后分别检测与比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后5 d、10 d、20 d的免疫功能指标、炎性反应指标及氧化应激指标。结果两组患者治疗后不同时间治疗组的免疫功能指标、炎性反应指标及氧化应激指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论生脉注射液可显著地改善胃癌根治术患者的术后免疫、炎性反应及氧化损伤状态,因此在机体状态改善中的应用价值较高。Objective To explore the value of shengmai injection in the postoperative body state improvement in the patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer so as to provide the references to the body recovery after gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods From February 2015 to November 2016,64 patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were collected as the subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and an treatment group,32 cases in each one.In the control group,the conventional perioperative treatment was adopted.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,shengmai injection was supplemented.Successively,before treatment,on day 5,day 10 and day 20 after treatment,the immune function indexes,inflammatory reaction indexes and oxidative stress indexes were determined and compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,at different time points,the results of the immune function indexes,inflammatory reaction indexes and oxidative stress indexes in the treatment group were better significantly than the control group,indicating the significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengmai injection significantly improves in the conditions of postoperative immunity,inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress in the patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Hence,this medicine is highly valuable in the body state improvement.
