摘 要:目的:探讨团队情景模拟责任制整体护理教学查房的应用效果。方法:选择2016年7月-2017年6月在笔者所在医院实习的专科护士99名为研究对象,按先后顺序随机分为两组,对照组48名护生,观察组51名护生,观察组采用团队情景模拟责任制整体护理教学查房,对照组采用常规PPT形式的整体护理教学查房,比较两组实习生对教学查房的满意度和查房前后的综合理论成绩。结果:观察组护生对教学查房的满意度92.2%,对照组满意度70.8%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与培训前比较,两组护生培训前后综合理论成绩比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组培训后综合理论成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团队情景模拟责任制整体护理教学查房方法可以作为常规的护理教学查房方法在护生的临床教学中推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of the team-based scenario simulation responsibility system for holistic nursing teaching rounds.Method:A total of 99 specialists were internships in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups according to their sequence:48 nursing students in the control group and 51 nursing students in the observation group.The observation team used the team scenario simulation responsibility system for the overall nursing teaching rounds,and the control group used the regular PPT form for the overall nursing teaching rounds.Compared the satisfaction of internships of the two groups on the teaching rounds and the comprehensive theoretical results before and after the rounds.Result:The team satisfaction of observation group and control group was 92.2%and 70.8%,observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were significant difference between two groups before and after the training of nursing students comprehensive theoretical(P<0.05).Conclusion:The team scenario simulation responsibility system overall nursing teaching ward round method can be used as a routine nursing teaching ward round method in the clinical teaching of nursing students.
