摘　　要：跨境并购是中国企业走向国际化的重要途径。然而,既有的对跨境并购的认知与评估,不能很好地体现中国企业跨境并购的现实需求。本文通过调查研究,发现中国企业跨境并购聚焦于不同的并购目的,因此,应从强化对并购企业境外合规指导、有效利用有关机构专业化服务、企业坚持市场导向等方面着手,明确并实现并购目的。Cross-border merger and acquisition (M&A) is significant for Chinese enterprises' internationalization. However, the existing cognition and evaluation on cross-border M&A are not able to sufficiently reveal the reality and unique character of Chinese enterprises' practice. Through investigation and research, this paper finds that Chinese enterprises' cross-border M&A focuses on M&A purposes. It should start from strengthening the overseas compliance guidance of M&A enterprises, effectively utilizing the specialized services of relevant institutions, and adhering to market orientation, and clear and realize the purpose of mergers and acquisitions.
