摘　　要：为探讨青少年过度使用性损伤的发生机制以及如何有效预防过度使用性损伤,通过对青少年过度使用性损伤的概念、不同项目间过度使用性损伤的差异、过度使用性损伤的致因以及过度使用性损伤的预防措施这四大部分进行综述,以期对青少年损伤预防工作提供理论性指导或参考。In order to investigate the mechanism of adolescents’ excessive use of injuries and how to effectively prevent overuse injuries, this paper summarizes 4 parts of the concept, differences of individual event, cause and prevents methods of adolescents’ excessive use of injuries, aimed to provide theoretical guidance or reference for prevention of adolescent injuries.
