卡波姆凝胶滴眼液对白内障超声乳化吸除术后干眼症患者泪膜稳定性及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析白内障超声乳化吸除术后干眼症患者应用卡波姆凝胶滴眼液治疗后疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将我院103例白内障超声乳化吸除术后干眼症患者分组,术后均应用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液,对照组51例予玻璃酸钠滴眼液,观察组52例增加卡波姆凝胶滴眼液,对比两组患者治疗后干眼症状积分、泪膜稳定性及生活质量改变。结果观察组总有效率94.23%高于对照组80.39%,BUT、SIt均高于对照组,症状积分、FL评分及OSDI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡波姆凝胶滴眼液有效维持白内障超声乳化吸除术后干眼症患者眼部湿润,提升泪膜稳定性,改善症状体征。Objetive To analyze the efficacy of carbomer gel eye drops in patients with dry eyes after phacoemulsification.Methods 103 cases of xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification in our hospital were divided into two groups.After operation,all patients were treated with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension.While 51 cases in the control group were given Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops,Observation group(52 cases)were given an extra carbomer gel eye drops.The scores of dry eye symptoms,tear film stability and quality of life were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Effective rate of the observation group(94.23%)was higher than that of the control group(80.39%),BUT and SIt were higher than those of control group,and the symptom score,FL score and OSDI score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carbomer gel eye drops can effectively maintain eye wetness in patients after phacoemulsification and improve the stability of tear film and symptoms.
