摘  要:现有高速电机监测用滤波系统只能进行固定阈值滤波,容易将一些重要的突变信号错误消除,因此导致一些重要的故障状态不能被及时监测,不能对一些危害较大的故障状态进行及时应对、操作。本文基于智能自适应理论(即自适应理论及人工神经网络)设计出一种可以随输入波形变化而自行调整滤波阈值的软阈值滤波系统,实现了针对不同幅值,不同波形均可以有效滤波,经过实验验证,该高速电机用滤波系统能解决原有固定阈值滤波引起的诸多问题。Method of filter which use in high speed motor is fixed value method at present. High speed motor states are ignored easily. A filter system based on automatic adaptive theory was designed in this paper. The system realized an adaptive filter. Even if amplitudes of signal and noise are close,the system could filtrate noise. The system also filtrate noise with different signals. It’s experimentally confirmed that the system could filtrate noise with a good effect. And new filter system can work out some questions which former filter system didn’t finish off.
