摘　　要：世界卫生组织并没有提出"道德健康"一词,从未将"道德健康"视为健康的组成部分。"道德健康"这一概念及其相关主张源于以下四个方面的错误认识:(1)将"道德"这一健康的影响因素误认为是健康的构成维度;(2)将不道德行为与容易由此引发的疾病混为一谈;(3)将某些疾病的症状表现误判为患病者的不道德行为;(4)将某些疾病的诊断标准误读为患者的不道德行为。"健康道德"是完全不同于"道德健康"的另一个概念,"健康道德"有着重要的理论和现实意义。The World Health Organization(WHO)has not proposed the concept of"moral health",and never regarded"moral health"as a determenent of health.The concept of"moral health"and its related propositions stem from the following four misconceptions:(1)mistaking the morality which influences health as the componential dimension of health;(2)confusing the immoral behavior with diseases which are caused by immoral behaviors;(3)misjudging the symptoms of some diseases as the patient's immoral behaviors;(4)misreading the diagnostic criteria for some diseases as the patient's immoral behaviors.The concept of"health morality"is completely different from the concept of"moral health",which has important theoretical and practical significances.
