基于案例探讨超高龄不孕患者助孕伦理问题及其对策

摘　　要：结合我中心超高龄不孕患者助孕情况,探讨超高龄不孕助孕伦理问题及其对策。通过我中心两个典型案例,分析总结45岁及以上超高龄不孕患者助孕现状及助孕过程中可能出现的伦理问题,从而提出相应的伦理对策。超高龄不孕患者助孕易于引发诸多伦理问题,需引起我们高度重视,应在尊重患者生育权和助孕选择权的基础上,加强知情同意及心理疏导,适时劝告患者及时终止或选择供卵助孕,同时需完善相关法规,制定更加规范的伦理监督机制。Combined with the situation of assisted reproductive treatment for the super age infertile patients in the authors'center,this paper discusses the ethical problems and countermeasures for the assistance of infertility in the super age patients.Based on two typical cases,this paper analyzes the current status and summarizes easily occurring ethical issues on infertility treatment for patients aged 45 and over.Furthermore,the authors put forward the ethical countermeasures,including informed consent and psychological guidance should be strengthened on the basis of respect for patient's reproductive rights,and timely advice to terminate or use donor oocytes should be provided to patients.At the same time,the relevant laws and regulations should be improved.Finally we should establish a more standardized ethical oversight mechanism.
