摘 要:为了体现我国高职教育提倡的"创新能力和实践能力的培养"的要求,教师在课堂教学中不仅要按教学大纲的要求向学生讲授商务谈判的基本理论知识,还要在教学过程中培养学生谈判的创造力和实践能力,强化学生实际谈判能力的实训。力争通过实训,让学生主动思考,动手分析,实际操作,将理论学习充分融入技能训练和实际操作之中,提高学生对商务谈判的理解能力和动手能力,达到毕业即可上岗的培养目的。本文着手于实训教学的概念以及特点,通过对实训教学的含义、实训教学的必要性和实训教学的实施过程进行研究和论述。In order to reflect the requirement of"cultivating innovation ability and practice ability"advocated by higher vocational education in China,teachers should not only teach students the basic theoretical knowledge of business negotiation according to the requirements of the syllabus,but also cultivate students'creativity and practical ability and enhance the training of students'actual negotiation skills.Through the practical training,the students are encouraged to think,analyze and practice actively,full integrate the theoretical study into the skills training and practical operation,improve their understanding and practical ability of business negotiation,and achieve the goal of training that students can be employed after graduation.Starting with the concept and characteristics of practical teaching,this paper studies and discusses the meaning,necessity and implementation process of practical teaching.
