摘　　要：本文通过阐述高校学生干部现状、逆商教育与积极心理学理论的相通性,发现从积极心理学角度探索学生干部的逆商研究确有必要。并浅述积极心理学视野下的学生干部逆商国内研究,发现当前研究通过不同的研究视角阐述学生干部逆商的状况,并提出各自的培养策略,从而进一步提高这支队伍的心理健康和管理效能。It is necessary to explore the inverse quotient of student cadres from the perspective of positive psychology by expounding current situation of college student cadres and the similarity between them.Through a brief introduction of domestic research on inverse quotient of student cadres from the perspective of positive psychology,it is found that the current research expounds the status of inverse quotient of student cadres through different research perspectives,and puts forward their own training strategies,so as to further improve the team's psychological health and management effectiveness.
